I've been looking for a white leather bag for a while now and was debating between a Bal City or some form of Bottega intrecciatto. Decided that the City's style lends itself for more longevity in a harder-to-care-for color like white. I'm in Bangkok and you will see the City bag very often around town, but the white definitely received a few smiles today, as I think a lot of people, like myself in the past (and still a bit today), are afraid of its maintenance, so it's not a common color to see around. For being from '08, I am really happy with the overall condition and how the leather looks. I had another option of the same bag from '12 but the leather on that one looked drier.

I'm glad too, it could have definitely been a different color from the earlier pics, but I really wanted white. This IG seller had sold many bags within minutes (really good pricing), so I could hardly sleep waiting for him to respond in the morning LOL. 😅 Thank you, Chloe! 
My very first Bal was a white Day bag. Bal has the best white - congrats!You are so sweet, thank you, yes I did yay!!
And my very first was a black Day! Such an easy on-the-go bag. 
I initially was looking for a navy/(darker) blue bag which I can use for work. This one fits perfectly, it is navy and colorful!
I saw this on trr but bought a city violet instead. Also still had the plastic on the tag. Wonder if it was from the same seller lol
