I ordered for the first time too. Going to get it authenticated as soon as it arrives.on Jomashop. Just bought the Gucci Shoulder Bag (messenger hobo) with the Logo Print. It's my first time buying a bag there so hopefully it'll turn out legit.
My Small Mademoiselle Bucket Bag arrived so well packed. It was in its original brown box from LC with an outer box. It was stuffed to perfection! Very happy with my purchase

Has anyone purchased from jomashop lately? Ordered a Celine triomphe on Saturday but still not received shipment notice yet (status: awaiting shipment)
Also, just ordered a Barcelona in mink, used PayPal to pay, but the order not even shown in my order list yet! And have not received order confirmation email. Tried calling apparently no one is answering coz of COVID; emailed a bunches time no reply either

Ordered 3/4/21 and was delivered on 3/14/21
I ordered from them on 3/4/21 and it was supposed to be received on 3/10/21. I called a few times when my order hadn't shipped by the estimated date it was to be delivered and no one answered. I emailed them and before my email was answered, I received a tracking number. I did receive a email back within 24 hours.
I decided to return the item and they charged me $18.49 for the return label. If I would have used my own label, they would charge me
$5 - $40 for the free shipping they sent me. Shipping is only free if you keep the item. With this unknown, I used their label for the $18.49 return. Ouch!
I ordered a Loewe perfume on March 31 from Jomashop using PayPal too and still haven't received a shipping confirmation. I emailed their sales email requesting a status update today and am hoping for the best.
They dragged their feet on the shipping confirmation and then charged you that much for a return label?! I'm so sorry that happened to you. Thank you for sharing your story. I'll treat Jomashop as a final sale-no returns place from now on. Their whole ordering and fulfillment system just seems broken or at best plagued with inefficiencies.
Update: Jomashop just emailed me and said they haven't received my order (placed on Mar 31) from their third-party vendor and that they will email me once they've shipped the item to me. Apparently Jomashop don't have all inventory on-hand in their own warehouses, thus some delays.
