I see what you mean by the alignment of the back piece being slightly off center with the top canvas but to me it’s more important to have that front pocket aligned and yours is perfect! Plus the back piece, by itself, looks perfect also so I would keep it, it looks gorgeous!
Also I saw you were concerned about the baby cuts in the canvas at the corners and this is normal. Mine has it too and I’ve had it since 2020, with no issues.

, you are right, front alignment is great. Left back top D-ring is higher than right back D-ring, thats why the D-rings are not centered with top handle. Overall the backpack is acceptable (except the cuts near the zipper end). Right now it is still with me

I added a pic of the little cuts on my PSM which I think is more common than not (also I expect them to stand by their product if those corners should ever become a problem). You should be happy with your bag in the end. I would escalate your concerns to a manager if you’re not happy and want to exchange. I knowThat’s unfortunate that you got an unexpected 2-3 week delay. My wallet originally was supposed to ship after 3-5 weeks and it shipped after 6 weeks so I guess really it was only a week late.
And I’m with you on being annoyed they keep your money! Usually when I order things with a long shipment delay, the company doesn’t charge until the item ships. Not LV, my card got charged right away, 6 weeks before I got the items. But I’m complaining a lot for someone who would do it again since I love this wallet so much!
I’ve preordered more than once during Covid as things were so hard to get. Now I try not to do it, but this one was a surprise I. But I’m with you, we kvetch and do it anyway if we must have something

Father's Day upgrade. Bought my husband a damier graphite canvas wallet when we lived on the other side of the world in 2016 and it still looks pretty good, but time for it to RIP (or my son might take it on).

I also think if in the near future I visit Europe, I can get one from there with made in europe one and i can hand pick a good one in a store. Then my 3 kids reminded me, it wont happen any time soon.
