I bought 2 Monoglam pieces while on vacation this month in Hawaii. I initially purchased the EW Pochette Metis with a slightly crooked lock. I was happy with it thinking that all of the Monoglam PM's were going to be like that. But I changed my mind after seeing a perfect specimen at a different boutique. Canceled my order and bought the perfect bag. And then I saw the Neverfull mm and it is so stunning I bought it, too! My favorite part of the experience was our wonderful SA who was so friendly and helpful. I suggested stamping the pochette and she made it happen. Very happy with both of these bags. 
It seems to be only on some, not on others. I sent mine for a zip replacement and it has no cuts. They decided to amend the bag without consulting me and change the front piece, I presume so the zip would no longer be recessed (old model). It came back with huge cuts on either side. I was not happy and asked to see a new one in stock as the SA kept saying it was normal. The new bag (when the manager brought it out as the SA said none were in stock…) had no cuts. I would return if I were you, it’s a cop out and as it’s not on all PSMs I would not accept it!

My beautiful wisteria Victorine from the Mother’s Day collection finally arrived! Technically I ordered it back in APRIL but it just now got here after 6 weeks! The wallet is absolutely stunning! I also ordered the cardholder in lagoon but unfortunately it came with a mark on the front, so that one will have to be a return. Oh well, I probably didn’t really need both the wallet and cardholder anyway!

Thank you! Yeah I was a bit bummed the cardholder was marked. I’m lucky the wallet is not defective. The problem with LV taking so long to fulfill my order is that by now, both items are long sold out so an exchange is not possible. I’m patient in general but I don’t know why there was a 6 week delay on just a wallet!
I know - I get the feeling now that LV may not be making some of these things until some of us pre-order. In someways that’s good as there’s less waste, in other ways it’s really annoying as the person who pre-orders gives the money to hold and waits for six weeks! I’m sorry it took that long for you and that lagoon color was just gorgeous, what a shame it wasn’t perfect for you. I don’t get the delay either! I ordered a sling bag that was place in cart and after ordering it said 2-3 week shipment delay. I would not have ordered if I had known, as they now have MY $$ until the bag arrives. Glad your wallet was perfect, I adore that color and leather. Enjoy.
That’s unfortunate that you got an unexpected 2-3 week delay. My wallet originally was supposed to ship after 3-5 weeks and it shipped after 6 weeks so I guess really it was only a week late.
And I’m with you on being annoyed they keep your money! Usually when I order things with a long shipment delay, the company doesn’t charge until the item ships. Not LV, my card got charged right away, 6 weeks before I got the items. But I’m complaining a lot for someone who would do it again since I love this wallet so much!
I called client service, they said only one exchange only. If I still want the same style, need to return and pay new price. I am still thinking whether I should return or keep. I asked my girls whether they like, they only like the accessories I put on rather than the bag itself
Present from hubby to complete my Essential V set (I already have the ear studs and monogram bracelet and wear them a lot). This is my first necklace from LV. I have already been enjoying it for a couple of days - it perfectly completes and elevates both my business and casual outfits. Love it!
