Interesting read

would love to see him leave the "church" and spill on them.....then I'm sure their precious Tom Cruise would step up to defend them....they are disgusting

I think Tom has learned his lesson on defending Scientology to the general public...it's made him look like a total whack job. I would like to see John leave..but if his daughter stayed, they wouldn't be able to have a relationship.

ME TOO. I will be there online waiting to buy any book he writes about Scientology. Still remember Tom Cruise's comments about being the only one who knew what to do when there was an accident. Full of crap

really. I was not a fan of him or that group before but after watching the HBO documentary on Scientology I really dislike them (and Tom). They showed him standing in front of thousands at a huge "rally" and talked about how he benefitted from their "slave labor"......they did all kinds of things on his homes and cars, etc.
Apparently he was developing a bit of independence from them with Nicole and that's why they had to take her out. Really evil.
I think they covered up for Travolta so they had something on him.

Travolta did not do the movie because he was in mourning. Yes, he would have been a compelling Julian Kaye but Richard Gere was great for the part, imho.
Not everything has to do with being gay./ closet.
Barry is projecting like a Mofo.

Spot-on as usual, @limom !

Travolta as I remember it was filming Saturday Night Fever when Diana Hyland passed away, I think the studio gave him (a whopping) two days off for the funeral.. I forgot about his mother passing, what a whirlwind for him - the highest highs and some very low lows simultaneously.

I'm so glad it was Richard Gere! He played that part perfectly! An Officer and a Gentleman is my fave, though!

The series on showtime(American Gigolo) was delicious trash.
I got a new appreciation for Bernthal:biggrin:
