Nope, I think in this case he was actually the one who fell head over heels in love. But then I guess Cleo discovered she was bi. So now he needs to get something out of his system which I'd say is good for the woman he'll settle down with eventually because he's less likely to have a midlife crisis and be all sports cars and 20 year olds.You’re right. I can't believe I made a new account to comment! Long time fan. Joel is acting out because Cleo is dating two lesbians now (iamkittens and amberscloset). Poor Joel really liked Cleo but she was never that into him. Cut him a little slack and let him have some fun with the new girl.
I don't think he's "acting out". That's just regular Joel. He toned it down for Cleo and I also don't think the lesbians have anything to do with his rebound sesh in Bali. He'd do the same if she cheated on him with a guy.
What I meant by acting out was showing his vacation so publicly. We all know how Chuck Bones used to be. I believe he has mellowed and is capable of change unlike you. Considering he no longer seem to use as he did in his 20s and has used jiu jitsu as a replacement for his old habits, he is a much better person now than the one mentioned by the old Swedish gossip forums. For me at least, he appears to have gotten his anxiety under control.
