Hey, I can't blame him! But couldn't he meet up with Joel alone and they stroll down Venice Beach? Is that too much to ask?! I just want this bromance to flourish again.

I was recently scrolling through Mattais Varela Instagram and got deep in when I saw a throwback pic of Gustaf and Mattias in Goa, India. Joel had a throwback pic of himself on a motorbike in Goa as well. Is that a trip Joel, Matt and Gustaf took together? Does anyone know? I was under the impression that Joel did his Asian tour solo.
I think Joel went to Asia a few times. Maybe one time was solo, the others with Matias and Gustaf.
Btw, there's a new article from Interview Magazine out about Gustaf and Westworld. Interestingly, he mentions Matias but not Joel when it comes to success. They're really going to continue this feud, aren't they?

Not really. Unless Joel apologised for what he did there's no ball in Gustaf's court. Just because Joel is nice to his brother doesn't mean Gustaf will forgive him for something else. They need to sit down and talk it through. It's the only way!
True. All three of them should sit down and talk but they all seem very stubborn. Maybe their families should intervene. Mama My to the rescue!
Well, now would be the perfect time since two third of the trio (although I'm not that interested in Matias being involved) are in LA. They could talk while hiking up Runyon Canyon or whatever else people do in LA. It's also good because they'll be exhausted and less inclined or have the urge to fight each other. lol
Hahaha! But seriously they should talk it out. Fares can be a mediator. I just want pics of them hanging out having fun. So much hot in one pic.
Oh yeah, I'm totally for Fares being the mediator. I've seen him in real life once at a concert and those three walking the streets of LA must be total eye candy. C'mon Fares, get on it!
I feel like it would have been super weird if Joel had avoided My and Alex at the Emmys - I somehow don't think these guys are feeling a need for their fued being out in the open. Everyone here were very excited about Alex winning so it would have been very obvious if Joel said and did nothing when he was at the event. It's obvious enough that they're not hanging out anymore.. just sayin'..

Matias' girlfriend and Gustaf's girlfriend are tight, I think? If they don't like Cleo.. I could the it hindering things. Just speculating obviously. It seems a very obvious thing between Joel and Gustaf specifically so who knows.
You might be right on this one. Matias and Gustaf's girls have been friends before they met their men so obviously they would stick together if Joel called Matias' girl a gold digger and Gustaf weren't invited to the wedding. If it really happened like this I can understand why Gustaf is a bit stubborn and is expecting more than just niceness of Joel. Maybe Joel should get over his LA ego and take the first step. But that’s what happens in life sometimes - and we’re talking about actors on top of things... I feel like we probably all have that friend who got together with someone we didn’t like and things just developed from there. I don’t see why these guys should be different actually. They’re real people after all 
Also I have to say not inviting - or at the very least telling - your best friends about your wedding is kind of a low move. From the outside it looks very much like it’s the relationship with Cleo that’s the cause of the break and it seems perhaps it went down somewhat badly since there’s a united front of Skarsgårds + friends against .. Joel and Cleo

Not entirely. Fares is still hanging with Joel. I feel like Joel doesn't see the need to patch up things since he's probably telling himself I'm living in LA now and don't see those guys much anyway anymore. When he's in Stockholm he's mainly hanging with his family and Mahmut which is of course a sad thing to think. But maybe next year around this time Gustaf is the one nominated for an Emmy and since Joel is so much about networking and knowing the right people he should think twice about burning that bridge.
