Joel used to be best friends since middle school with Alex's younger brother gustaf. They have a third best fried too who is an actor in narcos. The three best friends had a falling out and Gustaf sided with the other best friend and basically stopped speaking to Joel. Since then the skarsgard have iced joel out. But Alex seems to have remained neutral and cordial since he does run into Joel in Hollywood during work events. Joel might just have gone and congratulated Alex on his win which is a nice thing to do.

I hate the turtleneck too

Yeah I think he just went over to congratulate him. Nothing more nothing less. Probably say hi to My. As far as I can see Joel wasn't at any of the after parties.

Turtleneck seems to be a trend I can't approve of. Alex and Joel wore them even though they have different stylists (we don't speak on the quality of one of them) so I assume this is gonna be a fall trend. Ugh! As long as the pornstache doesn't become a trend I'm fine.

Joel went to the HBO afterparty. Thats where the pic with Alex is from.

Yeah but unlike Alex they're committed in their relationship. They've been together for a while and now moved in together. They seem more mature about it.
At least she's not walking around announcing her great step parenting.

Because she is 25 and her boyfriend is 42 with a son who is only a few years younger than Eija. I guess they work well together but I still think it's odd. Mostly for the boyfriend who is dating someone essentially his kids age.
If Alex dares follow a girl in her twenties on Instagram let alone date someone his sisters age, he is called immature and creepy for it. By that logic Eijas boyfriend must act like a kid too? I don't know anything about their relationship just find the age gap interesting and wondered what Eijas mom thinks about it

TBH I don't think the moms think that much - at least not out loud :smile: We could say the same with Joel too - his adventures with the Melon chick (and all the others you know was there), dating Olivia Munn and then a shotgun wedding with a younger woman. Mamma Kinnaman must also think hers.
