Goooddd :mad:...the person who packed the JC Ramona must've been colorblind!! I got my package today from Bergdorf, I was so excited to get the NAVY Ramona and to my big disappointment :amazed: :evil: !....it was BLACK!! I sent it back of course (have black already)...no Navy :sad: Ramona for me. Bergdorf really sucks!!...sometimes. :P

Sorry to hear that, pursemama. In that case Bergdorf should definitely refund your shipping costs (both ways). My experience with Bergdorf (both online & in-store) has been positive so far, so it's sad to hear about these egregious errors in their order processing.

Thanks for your sympathy, Foxy!....yeaahh, I was alittle shocked that Bergdorf would make such a mistake...:huh: ! Oh well, what can ya do?!.

Pursemama...Ugh! How frustrating... I have the name, email address, and phone number of a rep at JC UK if you would like to try to find a navy in London...she was great about locating the stone Ramona for me and it ended up costing slightly less than in the US.

Thanks SoCal :love: , I think I'll just wait and see if I can find one here...if not, it wasn't meant to be. I know they might be coming out with more colors for fall...that's what I heard from the SA at Saks.

My JC SA said there will be a patent leather version in fall as well... (Hmmm...I am not sure about this one...)

I am going to either (a) sell stone...(b) exchange stone for navy... or (c) exchange stone for a store credit... We will see...
