No. I was born here, went away to college & lived away for 10+ years, & moved back. I've always lived in the South though. Virginia is the furthest North that I've lived.
People wear summer clothes here all year...especially tourists. Today's high is 81.
Because I'm a native raised by Southerners, I dress for the seasons. That means darker clothes & nail polish. It's winter to me. I do wear flip flops most days though. It's supposed to be in the 60s on Thursday, & I'll need a coat.

Fall is my favorite season. We don't have changing leaves here. That's what I miss most.
