Anyone can look like that.

It just takes some plastic surgery, professional make-up artists, professional hairstylists (often with some fake hair thrown in for good measure)...and big bucks for all of that plus the clothes and accessories, not to mention having the luxury of being able to spend hours on your looks.

Take away all that and she looks quite different.
