It is difficult for a woman her age to get chiseled abs like that. She may be getting some help from HRT, including testosterone. It's becoming increasingly popular due to the health benefits it provides.

Those types of positions are for the bedroom; I can't even begin to understand anyone who wishes to perform in such a way on a concert stage. But, clearly, there are individuals so desperate that they do behave so crassly in public. Anyone with talent would not need to resort to this, in my view.
As always, there's a time and a place for everything and I'm sure that some members of the audience were horrified or, at least, didn't know where to look.
