How much longer is she supposed to be touring? I don't know if she should be doing something as grueling as touring, being pregnant with twins. She looked like she was trying to really keep from moving about too much when she did her GMA concert.

Maybe that's why she isn't saying a word about it, because the tour might be cancelled? But anyhow, I am sure she has like 456 doctors looking after her.

Designer Roberto Cavalli has officially confirmed what has been rumored for months: Yes, Jennifer Lopez is pregnant.

(And as the man charged with designing outfits for her changing body, he should know.)

Asked what types of clothing he designs for his celebrity clients, he told PEOPLE exclusively on Tuesday, "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby.

"It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger," added the designer, speaking from his celebration promoting Roberto Cavalli Vodka at his New York showroom.

Cavalli designed multiple loose-fitting and flowing outfits for the 38-year-old singer, who is on tour with husband Marc Anthony. (See PEOPLE's photo gallery of Lopez's fashion choices.)

"The thing about Jennifer Lopez, she is a singer, she is a dancer," said Cavalli. "Most of the time when I prepare something for the tour, the performer, they want something very soft so they can dance and so they can move free."

Earlier this month, Anthony raised eyebrows during the couple's show in Los Angeles when he sang a special dedication to his wife. "It's a real personal song," Anthony said before belting out Journey's "Faithfully," which includes the lyrics, "They say that the road ain't no place to start a family ..."

A rep for Lopez did not immediately return calls for comment.

Uh oh, guess Jen didn't think to tell Rob this was hush hush. LOL! She probably didn't even think he would spill the beans, so to speak. hahaha...

As far as confirming, not confirming... Since when does a question have to be answered just because it is asked. You can't miss the bump. Having a baby is very personal. I imagine celebs would like as much privacy as possible. I'm sure they are just trying to keep it as private as possible.

yep, maybe she just wants to keep the information as private as possible for as long as possible. If the rumours are true, she has been having IVF etc, so it makes sense that she wants to keep quiet for as long as possible. I bet in reality, she wants to shout it from the rooftops, but wants to be sure the baby is fine first :)

I think it's cute that it came out this way, for some reason. That it's nice she told the people who know her first rather than the whole world.

Even in real life a lot of people don't tell, say, work until 18-20 weeks (if you can hide it that long) and you've had the "big" ultrasound and everything is OK. I didn't tell work until 18 weeks with my first because I had a subchorionic hemhorrage that didn't go away until then. Long story short a portion of the placenta separates from the uterus and it either heals back together (mine did) or seperates completely (and the baby dies). Anyway there are lots of other early complications that may make someone not want to tell, because if something happens for some reason it seems like it will be worse (now in reality, what would I have told work? If I'd lost the baby I would have had to tell them why I was taking vacation/sick time. Thank God I didn't and he's 4 and so cute!) But I doubt she would really want that whole drama spelled out in a magazine.
