She has the body to wear it. It's not the epitome of class, IMO. She's no Sophia Loren. That woman could wear a brown bag and look classy. Lauren has the opposite effect.

I wonder how many of these famous women are wearing dresses provided by the designers in exchange for the publicity. They can afford their own but nobody is going to turn down a freebie if it’s an exclusive from an esteemed designer.

"Lip readers" interpret what they perceive someone said. Considering how sloppy, slanted, lazy and sensationalist "journalism" is these days, anyone can say a lip reader thinks that whoever said whatever and it can become a headline. Jeff and Lauren always put themselves waaaaaaaay out there and go out of their way to get attention and publicity. Especially this weekend. In light of that crazy behavior I don't think they'd have room to complain about being followed and IMO it's doubtful that Jeff said such a thing. I don't mind the dress. As for the guest list, Jeff has nothing to prove and has no need to suck up to anybody. Unlike a certain other couple who invited A-listers thinking they could collect favors and be lifelong besties but those guests eventually...evaporated. Since J&L love attention, their guest list leverages more and more attention. Celebs depend on exposure and as such will always gravitate to the wealthiest people in the world.

Katy is in the midst of a Concert Tour in Australia that started on the 17th. She’s performing in Adelaide today. I read Lauren and she are in frequent communication.

Well, Jeff really loves her and I assume SHE really wants a gigantic wedding as lavish as possible because she's marrying a BILLIONAIRE. At HER AGE! And she got one. Simple. I saw a picture, will try to find it again to share. The way he looked at her, it's LOVE. So much love....

The wedding is just a personal preference.

I noticed that this couple often literally share headline with Kardashians. It's as if Lauren isn't interesting enough to have her own articles. DF and others prefer showing Kardashian. Lauren looks like a long-lost Kardashian family member. I can understand why some washed up and new celebs (a young Sydney Sweeney has what in common with Bezos?) appeared - to network. Overall, it's indeed a circus but the names are somewhat underwhelming. The looks are tacky. I expected something a bit classier. The dress was described universally as ugly.

I'd never expect it from Bezos. He went for it, his choice.

I think anyone, everyone remotely related to Lauren and Jeff tried to get an invitation so they can meet and mingle with all the famous and beautiful ppl in the world!

I think he likes the attention and rubbing elbows with hollywood stars, imo. It makes sense thinking about his nerdy past. I don't think it is as simple as Lauren wants lauren gets, if so, there would be no prenup and they would have married a long time ago. Annnnd... he would have been the one to file for divorce when he "fell so in love". He'd prob still be with Mckenzie if the affair never went public. Men are not complicated, their actions speak louder than their subliminal looks and what not.

Didn't the wedding get pushed back bc of prenup disagreement? As one commentor put it-- nothing says love like an ironclad prenup 😂 😂 😂 😂

I’ll be the outlier. I think she looks beautiful. I hope the lace overlay comes off and she has a cute evening dress. I thought she was going to go full lingerie and I’m glad she didn’t but really, she can’t win.
