And if that's what it takes (the Jessica Rabbit look) to keep Bezos' eyes from wandering, she'll continue to watch every celery stick she puts in her mouth! Meanwhile, Bezos' ex continues to donate hundreds of millions to various causes (not to say Jeff and Lauren don't, it isn't publicized much). MacKenzie seemed like the "wholesome" type, Lauren was on a mission to spice up a sultry image by leaps and bounds, pushing the envelope. I think Bezos internally gloats at the measures Lauren takes to portray the look he likes.

I’m guessing there was some kind of donation made in exchange for time with the Pope.
I suppose they think they can do as they like since Bezos puts a lot of money towards climate change research. I expect little from people in the Three Comma Club, jetting around as they do. Whatever helps them sleep well at night, I suppose.
But at least he’s putting some money and action towards the problem rather than jetting around while blabbing on about how the plebs must change to save the planet (like Harry and Meghan).

How much money does he have to put towards climate change when the average billionaire emits a million times more greenhouse gasses than the average person.
While I can’t defend their carbon footprint, he does put a significant amount of money and effort towards the cause. He’s putting $10 billion towards the cause, which isn’t exactly chump change and he’s doing more than any other wealthy person who flies around in private jets while lecturing to plebs to watch their carbon footprint. I’m sure the tax benefits are a huge motivation, but he could put that money elsewhere and still benefit himself.
So while he’s definitely not perfect and not practicing what he preaches, I respect him more than those who jet around and lecture but do absolutely nothing or give nothing to help the cause.
Very controversial topic and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. All of the rich people on private jets in the US could park their planes, stop using Amazon, and sip from paper straws but it would make such an insignificant dent because the rest of the world won’t follow suit. The problem is much, much bigger than Bezos and Taylor Swift flying around in private jets.

Lauren was on The View today and I now have a total girl crush on her! Much prettier on TV than in pics she spoke about being dyslexic and going on to graduate from USC. She just seemed very accomplished yet down to earth. I also found out Jeff Bezos is half Cuban on his Dad’s side and that surprised me too. It was a good interview.
I saw part of that and also liked her more than I expected to. she looked better on TV than the photos of I've seen of her
I thought the same thing. She is so genuine and open. I like her. I see what he sees in her.
Considering her background in newscasting, marriage to a power broker, throw in a helicopter pilot's license and obvious comfort in front of cameras--no wonder she has the personality to hold Bezos' interest outside of all the cosmetic work. She isn't a dummy. By far.
