I’ve had my eye on this for a long time and just waited out all the markdowns, hoping it would get reduced to my limit for small accessories, which is finally did last week. Now that I received it, its just reenforced my need for a Teal City (or Day)!

The only flaw is that its missing one of the corner studs, which isn’t too big a deal since I plan on using it as an accessory pouch inside my bag. Here it is in all its glory and how it compares in size to a First bag

The box it came with was labeled 2010 Cyclade - obviously incorrect. All you O.G.‘s out there, what color is this? Guessing S/S 2010 Sang, but haven’t seen it IRL.

I swear, this is the last Cagole I’ll parade around here. (Fingers crossed).
I thought this was a “dirty effect” Small Cagole like my neo city. Now I realize it actually is navy blue (and not black that looks blue), and that the leather/color is of the same family as what I’ve dubbed my vampire neo classic cities. Vampire bag pics added for reference.
The vampire bags all have dark colors that look worn, like something you’d see lying around in a grimy torture dungeon. Those bags came with a long rubber “Balenciaga” charm, frequently removed from resale bags, probably to be sold separately. There’s one listed on TRR as we speak. No one removes the mirror and coin purse from resale cagoles, maybe because it affects resale price, but they’re not shy about removing the Balenciaga charm. The O ring left on the bag confirmed this Cagole is part of the “vampire effect” bags, which did also come in navy.
This one I mostly love with very little hate. The leather is matte and lighter than the other cagoles, and the gunmetal hardware is more subtle/less blingy.

I've had my eye on one of these "dirty effect" or vampire bags, as you call them, for a little while now. I may need to take the plunge as the leather looks much more substantial than some of the other new arena leathers. Hmmm...

I love that show.The dirty effect leathers are even more substantial than the vampire leathers. My dirty effect (that's the official name, btw; vampire is my own name for the other bags which are not dirty effects) also has a light gloss and shimmer to it. The vampires are thoroughly matte.

Here's a dirty effect xs Cagole, which is not the same leather as the vampire cagole I just got. The dirty effect is a newer release than the vampire.
I confess that, after my vintage yummy bals from 2003 - 2007, the dirty effect & vampires are my second favorite bals in my collection. I am in awe of them. They fill me with giddy joy.

I saw this on Posh (??) - I agree VF has the chewiest leather and is the best Bal green IMO ❤️
