Hi! I was just curious if you guys know if le chiquito mini can also be made in spain? I was just comparing the new 2020 collection, specifically the white & black one from the jacquemus website & from ssense... thanks a lot!

I only have le petit Chiquito (the super tiny version), but it was made in Spain and ordered directly from the Jacquemus' website.

Oh I see, thanks for letting me know! I would save almost approx. $150+ cad if I ordered through SSENSE.CA that’s why I was curious if it’s authentic. I mean I had no problems ordering with them in the past, it’s just that I noticed the same item are being sold but different ‘made in’

I also prefer to buy directly from the designer. Even if paying a little more, we support the creative flair and of course no worries about authenticity. Small designers have very tight margins. Especially now with the crisis.

I wish I could spend an extra 200 bucks more if I was in position to do so. I was just saving up to get this particular bag as a graduation gift for myself I also was able to confirm from jacquemus staff that ssense is an authorized retailer & they also explained that they switched factories so some may be made in spain or italy.

I received Le Chiquito and I really like it. It is small obviously. I also got the petit one and it will be getting it later. Very small inside. I can put a car key, a card holder which hold the ID and a few credit cards. More to follow.

The men's version is up for preorder on LVR, but the tan version is already sold out! They have a green version, I like the color, but I don't know if I can pull it off.
