j12: Diamonds or not?

Get the diamonds. At first glance you think they are not necessary but when you where it awhile you realize that the designers know what they are doing. The light will capture the diamonds and the watch really sparkles. It sparkles in a classy understated Chanel way.

I have the 33 white and went without diamonds. It feels more modern and I'm young and don't like bling on things I wear everyday.

Anyway, if you are 35+ some more blings are not too much. I don't like too many diamonds on young people.

I wear my watch on my left wrist, near my engagement/wedding band set, and thought the diamond markers were way too much Bling.

While I dont think the diamonds detract from the watch I don't think it adds much in value or style either. I think the watch w/ diamonds worn on the same hand as an engagement and wedding ring could look obnoxious. JMO!

My ering will be 2.5ct and I'm going to buy the J12 w/o diamonds for this very reason.

it will sparkle and its inside the bezel protecting the diamond isntead of being outside and it doesnt scream out bling like the ones that are around the watch juyst the 12 diamond indicating time is good =)
