Update!

I received the Roots Editor's Bag today! It's very soft, which I didn't expect! It looks really nice...I'm very pleased. This is the first time in a long time that I've ordered a bag that came with no dust cover:laugh: , but that's okay. I cannot believe the quality...I paid next to nothing for it. I can see myself wearing it for a long time...and I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to bags. I'll post a photo when I can.

Check out Roots.com. Their bags are amazingly soft and are the best leather around. They are all pre-treated so you don't have to worry about carrying them in the rain or snow. I went to the Beverly Hills location today and was really impressed.

^^I agree. I just bought a ROOTS bag and I loooove it. The quality of leather is amazing and they are very well-stitched. The washed-leather is very comparable (if not the same) as designer bags...very thick and soft and they are so affordable.

I wished I had close-up pics of the leather so you could see the softness in the leather.

Ladies, I love the Roots Editor's bag so far. :love: And I'm pretty difficult to please when it comes to leather. I'll admit it...I didn't expect to love it so much, especially since it cost so little. You all should see how well this bag goes with my Frye 'Charlotte' clogs. Perfect!!! I'll post pictures of them together soon after the pictures are resized.

:nuts: That bag looks great!:love: I just can't believe that these bags don't cost more. I've returned bags that cost almost 3 times as much because I didn't like the leather. This is so crazy...I'm seriously thinking about ordering a black Roots bag...Maybe the medium Emily.
