The setting and eternity band themselves will be with diamonds it is just the center stone will be a mock. The real ring is at our value is over 100k so I can't wear it

BB&B! Husband was a Regional for them in his early years! The best thing to do with stuff like that is to take it to an artisan with alot of imagination and let them build something like a large multistone pendant

A friend of mine had a similar situation and she had them set in a cigar band shaped
ring that she wears on her right hand and it's beautiful and very unusual - you won't
see it coming and going.
