do you have the reference number and or contact info? All of there phones route to customer service who aren’t of any help locating style numbers!
The reference number I believe is on Chanel's US website currently if you need it but I can PM you my Bellagio SA info, she is amazing and she'll get you anything from any store and ship it to you if they don't have it. Do you have boutique purchase history? I know they changed that a couple of years ago that it's required to have had a purchase from a standalone boutique in order to do phone orders.
