Chanel have not released caviar minis for a number of seasons now so it is very hard to find in stores especially square ones.
Lambskin rectangular ones can still be found in stores. The ones with monochromatic CC logos (incognito) which are caviar and square can also still be found.
For classic caviar minis, your best bet is resale websites.

Hi all, I’m trying to track down a Coco Handle Small in So black. They have them in boutiques (confirmed with a SA today) but I wasn’t able to purchase without prior history. There are no boutiques anywhere near me and although I travel all the time to cities with boutiques, I’ve been grounded for months at home due to COVID and likely won’t be traveling again in the near future. I called the AMEX concierge and she’s trying to see what they can do. But any sightings in a Saks or leased boutique I can try?
