I'm not sure I'm a fan of the Caviar, but I've only had the Aged calfskin or crumpled calfskin in SO Black Classic Flap Small and black Gabrielle.

You may want to be more specific or check the what’s new in the boutiques thread. There are Chanel 19s. Here is an example of one my SA Lauren has. Not sure if it’s what you are looking for.
