Thats a future bag I want to get & I want it to be made in France.

Made in the USA is great but um... I don't know... there is something about having a bag from LV being made where it originated from. You know what I mean?

hi, im a newbie here as well so please bear with me. i have the same problem with my speedy 35 two years ago. i was just so excited that i didnt see the MADE IN USA on it. so when i had the chance ( i had this bag bought for me in the US by a friend), i told her to replace it with one made in france written on it. may sound petty, but that's how i like my bag.she didnt get to have it replaced ( for whatever reason) so i sold the bag and bought me a new one with MADE IN FRANCE on it. but after a few more LV purchases,i began to accept that not all LV bags are actually made in france. lol. they are all good and the same.

I bought a pre-loved LV Speedy 25 from ebay a few days ago. It is made in USA. I would prefer one made in France, just because it is my first LV, but this one seems to be in very good condition, and this is very important to me. I found a couple of bags made in France, but they weren't in good condition, so I went for the better one, regardless its origin.

My speedy is made in France BUT I wish it were made in the USA. I'm proud of the craftsmanship of American workers. Although I do not own a made in USA friends do and they look and feel just the same. Everybody should remember how important it is to buy local. Our lackadaisical view on imports is the biggest problem with our consumerist ideas and failing economy. Exotic things are exciting, But I've never found a Made In France or Spain TAG exciting or Exotic.

Hi Ginaki! I bought a pre-loved Speedy25 in mono canvas Made in USA too. But mine doesnt have the numbers 25 stamped at the back of the leather tag. :( does yours have?
