Is Tiffany silver a good "investment"?

Get the cuff because you love it, not because of re-sale value. Yes, you'll get more with the Tiffany name if you try to sell, but remember, you'll also be spending more initially.

@OutWest In the US, 24kt isn't popular not only because of price, but because it's soft and not practical for everyday wear and because of the color.
I don't wear yellow gold at all because it makes me look sickly, think jaundice. The higher the karat, the yellower it is, and the worse it looks on many people.
I know it's popular in Asia, but it's also due to cultural differences and what it stands for.
 
Not an expert but if you are buying as an investment then you really need to purchase from the secondary market by buying second hand jewellery probably via auction. That way you are likely to be able to purchase for between 30% to 70% of the new price from Tiffany rather than taking that as a hit as soon as you leave the store.
