Is this normal for Christian Louboutins?

I bought this pair of patent leather Simple pumps from the RealReal. I knew the owner put protective soles which I was going to do anyway. I also see these red paint splashes around the shoes. It’s not noticeable when I wear it so only I know the y are there. Does anyone else’s shoes have this? Is this normal for Christian Louboutins?

It potentially could have been a repaint job the previous owner had done. (So a repaint + protective soles prior to selling)
The color of the red paint looks a bit different compared to mine. (Looks less shiny and deeper) But it could be the lighting or the camera.

As @lill_canele says it looks like it was repainted. You need to decide if you are ok with that or if it makes the shoe less authentic for you
