Is there anyone who DOESN’T like the Pochette Metis?

I originally did not love this bag. However I purchased a Coach Cassie last month and fell in love with the organization! I now have one on the way from fashionphile! It will be here Monday and I have never been so excited to get a bag! I have a small collection with only 3 LV bags and 5 or 6 LV accessories/SLGs. ❤️
That's really interesting! Epi in this style might make me like this bag but I agree as it is, I have never understood the hype. It's always reminded me of an older lady's bag from the 70s (not sure why).
I love the Pochette Metis! I have one in monogram and another in black empreinte leather. For me it works because I am a top handle + crossbody/shoulder + structured bag lover

I don't like round or slouchy bags, love me some angles I guess!I don’t like the bag. It just looks like a small briefcase to me. I also think it looks bulky when worn as a crossbody. It may be a practical bag, but I find it unattractive.
I live in Orange County ( Cali) the land where everyone has an LV bag and one of the most carried is the mono or reverse metis. I looked at it in store and dI’d not care for it THEN I “ discovered” the black empriente metis. I purchased a pre loved one 3 months ago and absolutely love it. It’s soft, spacious and light.
I see it around a lot, not as much as NF, but slowly it’s getting there. I never actually tried it till yesterday. I can see the attraction, very different in terms of organization compared to NF, it is small so fits the small purse trend without being tiny. I passed on it, I have a Celine Box with similar space. The CA was like this is a hard to get item and I’m lucky to see it in the store. I don’t hate it but do get why it is popular.
I semi-liked it for a split second, but don’t like the boxiness of it. Quite frankly, I have never thought that it looked good on anyone, at least not enough for me to do a double take or “stare” at it- sorry!
Nope not for me either. I don’t like it’s boxed structure and reminds me of a school bag or doctors bag!
Yes I hated it! I had it in the reverse. It’s a beautiful bag but it just didn’t work for me. I hated opening the flap each time to get my crap. It didn’t really fit much for me. Luckily I was able to return it
I have the PM in canvas mono since 2019 and have noticed that every time I use it, my neck and shoulder where the strap laid on starts turning red and itchy. I haven’t used it in over a year due to Rona, so when I went for a short doctor’s visit, I decided to use it. And by the afternoon, same thing happened. Red and itchy skin. I told my DH that this purse hates me. Lol. I guess I can use other straps, but if it keeps giving me these purse “side effects” if I want to use the original strap, it makes me want to rehome it.
I have the Pochette Metis in Reverse and love how it looks but I realized that I like bigger bags and I am not really a crossbody person, I prefer totes and shoulder bags. The PM is just big enough, but I prefer to not have to worry about choosing what I want to bring when I go out. It is gorgeous though. I just got the OntheGo MM in monogram and love it, it is perfect for me (although flashier). But I still wear both and would not sell it.
