is the Tiffany silver heart toggle still in style, or has it gone out?

hahaa.. reading the posts just made me think. I WAS one of those who hated seeing kids & their moms with these bracelets.

THEN, that style just grew on me. I debated for a while in getting it since it was so sickingly trendy.
So I made a simple compromise get it in gold. Over here I've NEVER seen it in gold and it's LA!!
I've caught a few second guessing if it's real face, which is soo funny.
I LOVE it .....So I vote for "it's a classic style"

Last year I was thinking the same thing about the Tiffany Keys: Just ANOTHER trend (they're very cute, but... I can see this blowing up) So I didn't buy one. Then This month I saw the fleur & I couldn't say no, to make it worse I bought two! (1 gold/1 silver) The fleur hasn't hit the shelf yet & only came in silver, I really wanted gold ..but I couldn't wait)

SO, for the girls I still see wearing the tag collection, I think it's cool, you are wearing it 'cause you like it. That's the most important thing.

I just got my RTT Heart Toggle Bracelet in May within a month of turning 30 and i love it. Though do feel that the style is quite young.

I personally don't remember these in school growning up. I grew up in UK though and there isn't the Tiffany Stores over there like u guys have in the States.

I now live in Australia and we only have 5 stores around the whole country- They are positioned in only the POSH areas like Collins Street- with Louis Vuitton, Gucci etc and do charge alot more over here for their silver pieces. Therefore, the Top $$$ value and lack of stores make them a little less obtainable over here than in the USA. I do see a few fakes around though and HATE that- but i say go for it.

of course the toggle still in!! jjj :p:amuse I have one toggle and I loveeeeee it!!!

fuzzycookie...that necklace looks beautiful on u!! im just wondering is that the original size that it came in or did u have to get some of the rings taken off to make it shorter. i remember tryin it on once and it seemed a little long on me, now i want to purchase it but not sure if i should take off some of the rings...do any ppl do this? how do u know how short the necklace should be when you are waring it? (ie. where on ur neck it should fall?)

Wow, this thread is so old. I am old fashioned in what I wear and I am often late to the trends, so little of what I have is "up to date." This may drive a lot of people crazy. I buy multiples of the same style in handbags in a variety of colours too. Yes, I shop WEIRD!

I've just discovered Tiffany, and today I ordered a heart toggle bracelet. (eyes rolling) I am looking forward to buying the heart toggle necklace for Christmas. I don't understand the trend thing on anything, so I guess I am always a little out of step. Maybe it comes from the love of vintage in me.

I just look at the art and not what others are wearing. Love is what matters. AND I am an OLD LADY!

Enjoy your piece! I still break out mine once in a while. I’ve had my necklace since I was 19 and am now 38 :hrmm:

Guys... this thread has come full circle. The Tiffany heart toggle necklace is now back in style. I am In my 30s now, far too old for much of TikTok, but I love following accounts that post animals, makeup, recipes, etc... anyway somehow one of the young hip tiktokers with literally millions of followers popped up on my FYP——-wearing the Tiffany heart toggle necklace. I then noticed it on a vogue contributor too. I googled and up came this thread. Looks like I’ll be unearthing mine from the depths of my jewelry box:giggle:. I wore that thing almost every single day in my early 20s, I loved it so much.

First off, your user name is amazing. I have loved these pieces since I got my heart tag bracelet in 1999, so another vote for staying in the classic category!
