Is the mini-mini coin purse coming back?

It seems that it will be impossible to buy them here in my country:sad::confused1: :crybaby:?! Is there a possiblity to order them in Milan by email or phone and are they willing to ship to another european country :shrugs:? Any other ideas?

^^I called BNY to put my name down on a waiting list and/or Pre-order and was told: "We're NOT getting the mini-mini coinpurse in for fall. It can only be purchased from Balenciaga ONLINE".

The price today is close to what they originally sold for back in 2004, the Mini-Mini Coin Purse aka Porte-Monnaie was $265, but I've also seen its price noted at $255 so perhaps there were price differences from retailers.

Aside from the large size studs on the new one, is there anything else different? I'm getting one in Sapphire and I have the '04 one in Black so I guess I'll find out sooner or later.

Even though the little purse is small and doesn't hold as much as the Coin Purse, it's got depth which is nice for carrying some items.

Thanks to a sweet, lovely PF-friend :heart: I got an '08 Amethyst mini-mini (portemonnaie) today and I can compare it with the bigger CP in '05 Magenta and with the mini-mini '04 Egglant: the leather on the '08 Amethyst is WAY stiffer and more distressed than the '04 and '05 leathers - I definitely prefer the smooth 'oldies' ;) but I also LOVE this new one of course :yahoo:.. the colour is very similar to the '05 Magenta, btw.!
