I’m 5’4” and it fits just right.
The new version looks a bit smaller than the original Constance elan. Cybermom, the combo looks amazing! Would you be able to share the height and the depth of the new version when you get a chance?

It seems it is the same size but not as deep with the one gusset. 24x14x4 cm.
just depends on how they measure. the 14 includes measuring the pdw hardware holding the strap. So maybe a little smaller if just measuring the leather bag. i hope this makes sense.

Wow, so I was just offered this exact bag! Originally asked for Noir but my SA said that this was the first one they’ve gotten. I like this in the pics, but I’ve been hesitant about Etoupe in the past… I really wear more blacks and greys than browns and am afraid that Etoupe might be a bit too warm of a color…Looks like they have come out. I know someone shared that they were offered it in our offer thread albeit passed on it (@Bdbunny, by any chance you saw it in person / have more thoughts to share on it?) and I just came across some photos from social media:

It is the Constance 1 Elan (new version with mirror, single compartment). Retail price is more expensive than the normal (I assume size 18?) Constance based on what the posters have shared.

I’ll measure to see if I think it’ll fit what I need. Got an offer for Etoupe with GHW… a bit hesitant on the color but I’m going to go see it Wednesday!
I have worked with the SA before. I did buy something else and then asked about two bags. i probably could have been direct in retrospect but I wasn’t going in expecting a bag.

Went home with a CE yesterday 😀 It was the bag that really drew me to H donkey years ago but for some reason I never got one, then it was discontinued! Mentioned this story to my SA a couple of months ago… She surprised me over the weekend with a text. I went down to see it, half sure I would say no because it was noir ghw and I had vowed never to buy a black bag. But then she pulled it out of the box and said - “Oh I was wrong, it’s rose gold!” And I fell in 🧡
