Is my new gold mini damaged?!

Well I brought it in-and of course they said there’s nothing they can do

I do love the bag so I guess I will just use it in good health for now...

But now I’ve noticed a “fraying” stitch....almost like it’s threatening to pop!

Not only that, I bought two pairs of the trainers, worn one twice....and I can see three loops of stitching already lifted/coming loose!
I’m in the UK and I paid £1400 for two pairs of trainers! I have nikes from years ago that I have abused....still not one loose stitch

I’m shocked and appalled at the lack of quality/craftsmanship of this company. Yes of course they design and create some beautiful pieces-which is why I bought them. But they price?! It’s no longer worth it to me unfortunately. I can admire from a distance from now on

And I’m returning the trainers I haven’t worn yet-today!

Even if they cannot repair it, they should take it back. I mean this bag is still under warranty..
I am not an expert but I am surprised and not satisfied at all with this reply!

Thanks guys, I agree it's so disgusting.....fair enough if the quality was there, the cost of these things wouldn't be "as" bad but come on!

If I had that happen to one of my primark bags I would take it back.

I just feel like I have no fight in me when it comes to these "luxury" companies anymore.

I bought the new giant speedy in olive green the day it came out (phone order)
There were black dots on the canvas I assume from the black glazing they used, a loose stitch, and after one wear, the white lv started to fade off. Unlike Chanel, LV immediately took it back, even though I had definitely used it....for 5 hours lol.

This is my hard earned money, no credit card, loan or anything!
And if I told you how much I earned you might cry for me lol.

This is terrible customer service by Chanel. If you spoke to the manager and got nowhere, can you go higher up the chain? At this rate your bag will turn silver in just a couple of wearings. They need to take it back.

Was it more than 14 days? I know their return policy is 14 days. But this is so horrible of them! Bad costumer service for the price. Seems like they don’t stand behind their products. I just bought 2 bag this season (reissue red 225 and purple/pink stamp reissue mini) I haven’t worn it yet (doesn’t go with summer, thinking for fall outfit) but now I’m afraid it would break apart. I don’t understand why the quality has gone downhill but the prices keeps going up.

I just got the sneakers from this range and LOVe them.. living in the middle east i was all about this collection.. i wanted to also get a pouch but the SA told me they have had peeling issues on the corners so I passed..

Sorry to hear they’re not willing to do anything about it. That’s so Ridiculous! Did you buy from boutique or dept store?
