Is a rolex submariner flashy?

Wear your sub and enjoy it!

My sub (two tone bluesy) is my daily wearer to work (I work in a lab). I consider it my trademark piece. Sometimes I dress it down by putting it on a Nato strap, and I have several to match my moods. A black sub looks outstanding on a Nato.

One of my fave high school teachers wears this one as his daily watch. I never thought twice about it even before I started learning about luxe watches and even once I did realize it was a rolex, it was more of a "how nice for him that he can wear something cool like that". This is a public school and while he is an above average teacher, he is definitely most like "average" in typical public high school pay.

I don't think it's flashy at all. My husband has one and I find it to be too big for me. But if you like the way it looks and works for your lifestyle, I don't think you should be concerned about it being flashy. Good luck with your decision!

My hubby has this exact one too. OP, I don't think it's too flashy at all.

I got a new band for it today and I love it.

You have No date Rolex Sub; I believe it is the most minimalistic Sports watch Rolex ever made, better than Daytona, Stainless steel no date sub and Stainless Steel Daytona are the couple of watches that holds secondary market value, compare to rest of the models. It's a great investment.

I don't think it's flashy at all. It's a great daily wearable watch. It's about as understated as a Rolex can get. Wear it in good health & enjoy it. I think it looks good on your wrist.
