OK, I see that white spot in your picture but it doesn’t look bad. Mine has two grey stone thingy on the front. Guess each bag is unique, probably no two are the same like snowflakes

I love your new Longchamp! It is adorable! That’s a great print and I love the pink leather handles and trim. You must be so pleased! I am going to have to try on this size the next time I’m at the store. It’s so cute. I have two SLH (which I think is the same size as your Neo) but never tried on the XS. But I’m feeling optimistic when I see how much you can carry!

. I hope you get to try an XS sometime. If I am correct in my understanding, LC stores don’t currently carry the solid color Neo XS (they may have some left in stock but the US website doesn’t show them anymore). For XS size, the stores have a couple special edition ones, a new Energy Line (solid colors but made of recycled nylon and has a thicker canvas strap instead of a thin leather strap like mine) and Cuir leather ones. Bloomingdales and other stores (like Von Maur) still carry some solid color Neo XS
I will have to go my local Nordstrom’s to see what they have in XS. They have a good assortment of Longchamp, mostly LePliage but I’ve seen some Neo totes and a few bags in cuir. I’m just waiting until the straw LC totes come out as well for summer. I’m going to need a long time to try on everything I’m interested in.Thanks

. Yes indeed it is a strawberry reusable bag .Coach outlet online has one or two sometimes (solid black leather, brown or black Coach monogram coated canvas). Just search “key”. I don’t know if the physical outlet stores have them.
Hey same thing happened to me. I had a mismatch in billing on my previous purchase as i forgot to untick “same with shipping address” at the billing part after putting extra instruction (optional field) in the shipping address field. Ends up having a mismatch and coach has no solution at all even after making sure everything is match on future purchases. Thinking iam banned or block. Was your issue been resolve?About a month ago I noticed I couldn't purchase on coach or outlet website. It happened after I changed my name on my account, I noticed I never changed it after getting married. I would just get a weird error. Called my cc and they say they aren't blocking the charges it's on Coach's end. I haven't tried since but I realized even though I changed my name with my cc company and have a card with my new name that on my statements my name was still my old name! So I suspect my Coach account has been flagged for possible fraud as my cc account name was different than my billing address and didn't match my shipping address when I updated them. I called Coach at that time to try to complete the purchase but they couldn't get it to go through.
I emailed coach customer service back then but never heard back. I haven't attempted a purchase since I got my name correctly changed on my cc account because I'm afraid my Coach account is banned
