Thank you! I'm still enjoying carrying it very much. I love the size of the regular Rogue.I know it is so beautiful! [emoji7]
Hahaha! I managed to make it through yesterday but today is a new day [emoji23]
If I do buy and I’m not happy with it then yes I’d return. I’m so torn! I’ve been ogling it from afar since it released [emoji173]️ Yours is so lovely!
I can only hope for a trip to Disneyland soon.I love your retro Disney Dooney! The pink dog bag is adorable. I support its purchase [emoji23]
Every trip to Disneyland is so special. I've only been there six times and it's one of my favourite places in the world.Your retro Disney bag is so fun, and I can imagine it brings back happy memories!
That is awesome! Glad you love it. As for the surprise, I think that is the perfect bag, as even if you won’t use it much, you loved it, and someone picked it out for you. Kind of like if you had just bought it you might return it, but as a gift it is easier to keep. I think you will still find it awkward, as since I like small bags and just can’t get that one to work, but as a fun bag it could be okay. Enjoy!I will try to post pics when I can, metallic graphite tea rose dinky arrived today and omg is it stunning!!!! It's going to be so hard to not buy the rogue 25 version as well. My surprise get better soon bag is the purple wave parker I was drooling over!! I bought/returned a different parker around December but I think I will give it a few days to see if I still think it's too awkward to use. It would look amazing with some of my fancy goth dresses lol
Ouch! I hope the infection is not too bad and clears quickly for you! I loved the part about you rescuing the horse though! You need to write these stories down for future grandchildren!!Thanks!!
Yes and no lol. I ended up with a ton of stitches on my leg but was feeling good until a call for a horse stuck deep in mud. I thought I would be good duct taping a garbage bag around my leg but the mud still got in and now I'm on antibiotics for infection. The poor horse is doing fine though!!
You mean you are someone on a ban on BAN island?! What a concept [emoji23]
I like your idea to take them out one at a time!I haven’t decided yet on which new bag I will use (cut the tag off) next. Kinda want to stretch it out so I don’t get overwhelmed by bunch of new bags at once, lol. I have a little time this weekend to list the bag but the problem is I don’t know when it will sell (I don’t know if I will be unavailable at that time, to pack/ship).
Wow! That's really deep!I'm doing well now. I've been volunteering for our local animal shelter. Mostly doing trap/neuter/release for ferals, socializing potential adoptees, and fostering sick/injured kitties. I fell through part of a barn with a fireman and tore my leg up. Maybe @LauraTracy can incorporate firemen in her next dirty book?! I have to say, there are quite a few gorgeous firemen here.
Here is the poor stuck horse from this week, I should have got some pics of the hot firemen that helped, what was I thinking?!![]()
I haven't heard that story! What a great one! That must have been terrifying!wow, what fulfilling work! That poor animal!
Did I ever tell you guys about the car accident I was in when I was in high school? I was trapped under the car and a young man pulled me out. He and I started dating. He was my first boyfriend. He was a carpenter but I inspired him to become a fireman.
LT, I was thinking you need to write down all these almost unbelievable stories. I wrote a story for a class and was told it was too unbelievable even though it was a true story. It wasn't even as good as these! So glad you are okay. You are just a hot man/wood magnet, aren't you? Hot stuff! The heroine in that new fireman story shall be named Minda and that's exactly how they will meet.
What else ya got? Laura's writing story ideas down. She has a Coach fund to fund. Anyone want their life celebrated in sin, let Stick know. He loves being the editor of this stuff.![]()
Congrats on your vintage bag Coach and Dooney finds!!Ok back on the bag "ban wagon" starting.... NOW! I walked into a Savers this afternoon and saw a really great condition vintage Dooney!!!! Tag in tact and everything! I could not look such a gift from the Purse Gods in the mouth. Needs just a little rehabbing, great condition overall. Will be posting more on the Dooney board if any Coachies here are also in to Dooney.
The Parker is awkward in my opinion. I have tried the regular and the top handle. It has pockets that are useless because they are too tight, and the inside fits things awkwardly as well. They are really pretty, but neither of the ones I tried worked for me. I have much better luck with other small bags, such as Dinky, etc. That said, if you approach it as a once in a while or special occasion bag it might be okay. But most likely won’t be your go to on a regular basis. For me personally I try to ignore all of the pretty options as I do like some of them but don’t want to go there again. I think my frustration is that it isn’t actually all that small, but just doesn’t hold things well.As Ban Islanders, we buy too many bags for me to keep track of who’s got what!
So on that note, who has a Parker? Likes and dislikes? The one I like is finally on sale for the Victoria Day weekend we’re having here at home. I might wait for a better price as the SAS is coming up but $255 CAN is pretty good.

I was going to ask on the Parker thread but our discussion here is always so much more fun. The jury is out on the signature but I could be swayed.
