Hi My Lovely Ban Islanders. Haven’t been home most of the past 9 days helping my Mom (with her health situation as I previously mentioned). I have been reading posts here and there on my phone but haven’t participated/written anything (a bit unusual for someone with over 20k posts, lol). Anyways, I am home for a few more hours and am posting the last bag I bought last month. I really really love the ease and perfect functionality of this bag (even though it is a simple leather tote). Haven’t had a chance to use any of the 5 bags I bought last month. Hope you are all having a good weekend :smile:.

That said, I revisited the oxblood and gray dinky because I really want one dinky that is not embellished with anything (I have tea rose, dark fairytale, and the one I sent to Chelsea). It is a lot cheaper, and more practical. So this is the good news--color me shocked--I walk in my local Coach to see if they still had it. The SA says hi to me using my first name, and I am like what? Someone knew my name and is friendly? Where am I? lol. It was the SA that sent me that gift a while back, and I was surprised because I had only seen her once and wasn't entirely sure who she was. (I wouldn't have expected her to remember me at all--she even said she saw me walk by the store the previous day--wow)

But they had the bag, I confirmed by seeing the receipt it was that SA, and she invited me to their mother's day event. So this was a very nice surprise to have a nice transaction. And the added bonus was that since the bag was cheaper I could pay in cash, and avoid getting that credit card charge! Win!

Daughter is good, she has a hernia now from the heavy sickness but so far we don't seem to be moving towards the high blood pressure she had with her first(yay!) the "little" girl is due end of Aug, so yeah it's moving quickly!

Hi HS! I'm glad you're getting treatments and hope they help and give you lasting relief! I'm glad DD is doing well and hope the hernia is not serious. Only a few more months until your granddaughter is here!

Hi IM! Thank you for updating! I hope you are able to get some rest and take care of yourself too somehow. :hugs:That must be so hard. I hope you will come up with a routine that works well for all.

I've heard of the legendary D&B leather! Congrats on your new bag, and I hope you get to have a chance to enjoy them all soon!

Hi ML! My Spring break was three weeks ago. It flew by too fast! I have two more weeks of craziness before things start to ease down. I bet it's the same for you. Hang in there!
