New year's resolution: get rid of my shoes! I never wear these anymore. Some have never been worn. And I have tons more. [emoji22]

Today I'm having my husband fix the floor and make the space functional for a vanity space across from my purse book shelf. We can't do a major bathroom renovation until fall 2019 according to DH. In the meantime I am using my sons' bathroom downstairs. I have filled up their bathroom cabinet and drawers with my products and tools and it's very annoying to not have all my things separate from other things. View attachment 4293728

Not the Ace! It’s such a pretty style. Maybe you can look over the whole collection and see what you can live without.

I've been thinking. It might have to be the Rodarte Courier bag since I find most flaps annoying and it's pretty plain for my taste. I also have many plain black bags like my Kate Spade Beau which I love!

I could never own a courier. I hate the way the tongue curls up when you put the bag down. It would probably sell well though.

Speaking of shelves. Here is my handbag shelf, reorganized. I am gifting my light green Rogue so that is off the shelf--I decided I really only need one of this style and I prefer the purple. The only thing not on the shelf is the one I am using today (Green Tattoo Dreamer) and the Berry Dreamer coming from Macy's soon (I hope). So this puts me at 3 mini Prestons, 1 Rogue 25, 4 Dinky bags (2 of them on the far end with tea roses), and 3 Dreamers if the new one works out.

I did a major purge about 6 months ago - maybe more. Even after that, I realized there are shoes that I have completely ignored for very long.

Maybe I should just start wearing them and then throw them out. I really doubt I'll get a decent price for any of them.

I've had a pair of shoes listed for about 2 years! Shoes are so hard to sell and cost too much to ship. I can't bring myself to donate these because I never wore them.

I've sold some booties (Aquatalia and La Canadienne) on ebay. The ones I've sold are expensive, and I rarely get much for them, but at least it's something!.

I am guessing you will donate instead of throwing out? Someone can enjoy your beautiful shoes. Most shoes have a lot of life in them once you are done. The exception being old running shoes that have been worn to the max.

Thanks! Great taste! Lol. My Prestons are my long time favorite. They are a perfect fit and size for me. There is a person at work that is always saying they want those bags if I get rid of them. I doubt I ever will. I do love the pink one.

I couldn't donate unworn shoes either. Maybe I should add to the resolution to go on a date with hubby once a week and make it a must wear heels kind of date. [emoji38]
