Ok. I like to share the bag I got after my 6 month pause/ban. As you know, I have spent quite some time researching many bags and bombarding you all with questions. I also mentioned that I sold a number of things in the recent months to downsize and fund my next bag. That’s why I felt a lot of pressure to get the right bag (with no regrets later). Surprisingly I chose this bag with almost no research beforehand but it does check all boxes except for one (shoulder carry. But it has a shoulder strap). This was listed as “New” which means “appears unused” — but I supposed someone could have used it once or twice (I am ok with this). It is absolutely pristine and perfect and I honestly fell hard for it upon arrival earlier in the week. This bag was made about 6 months ago (according to date code). I feel this is the absolute best bag for me at this point given the amount I want to spend and my requirements. I always seem to pick these LVs that are not classic staples but I need to stay true to myself. I love that it has two outer pockets for easy access to things. Also the inside is a beautiful beige/pink color instead of the usual red interior. Thanks for helping me with my decision and letting me share. Needless to say, I am done buying for a good while.

Oooooo this is a cool bag! What is the name? It looks like it has 2 outside slip pockets on the sides? I really like this set up ever since my Rogues. It’s so great to have a center zip but then have easy access to the pockets. Congrats, it’s beautiful!

Thanks . This is called the Kensington Bowling. I love the two outside slip pockets. The two handles can be folded inside when using the shoulder strap (I think the Rogue is like that too, right?). It’s like a slightly glam cousin of the Speedy (lol) — it has feet on the bottom, leather gusset on the sides, etc. I have decided this is still my favorite canvas print (I have been enjoying my shoulder bag in this print this week). It fits my casual style better than the other premier bags I was considering.

Love the color! Never seen this before, so it has a built in drawstring layer?

It’s not really a layer. Like the linen is part of the lining, it just sticks out over the top. I’ve been wanting a bucket bag but wasn’t wowed by bags like the Mansur Gavriel bucket, and I found the Noe’s to be too much trouble to deal with new and hard to find in a condition I wanted preloved. Lol

Thanks C. This came out in 2016 and is limited/being discontinued next year. I always pick bags that are not popular and get discontinued after a couple of years but that’s the way I am, lol. My first LV bag was also an impulse love-at-first-sight buy (with zero research) but I absolutely love it, still to this day.

Well not exactly with her, she collapsed before work Friday so that began the "fun" Blood clot in her lung, dozens of tests, and not a whole lot of actual conclusions. Also learned she is freshly pregnant which complicates stuff to no end.

We were back in last night for more tests, and she is back tomorrow with her DH. SOOOOOO stressful. Fingers crossed we get better answers tomorrow cause we are all a bit rattled.

Yes! The LP is very popular around my area! I saw one lady with the cat bag and I was so happy! I love seeing any of the seasonal pieces.

I was actually kinda surprised to see a special ED one... this was in a smaller rural area lol. I bag watched at the hospital too lol

Oh very cool that the handles fold in! Yes the Rogues do that too. I only ever fold them in on my big rogue 36. I wonder if the Coach Quinn was inspired by this bag, it has a similar set up but I don’t think the handles can fold in.

I like this print too! The LV hobo bag I saw yesterday was in this print. It was a simple design but I don’t know the name lol

We were back in last night for more tests, and she is back tomorrow with her DH. SOOOOOO stressful. Fingers crossed we get better answers tomorrow cause we are all a bit rattled.
