Chanel's history isn't good. A lot of these designer brands have horrible history.

That is true. What I meant was the history of the designs, that they have stood the test of time. CCs story is pretty gross.
I do love my Chanel coin case. I think if I ever get a Chanel purse, it won't be a classic flap. I'd rather have something that you don't see everywhere.
Of course, I call my SA to order after online showing everything out of stock and now everything is magically back in stock on the site. I missed out on e*bates but she said I can bring it in for a price adjustment because on Wednesday all sale goes to 50% off. I'm hoping they will offer me the additional 20% off that runs til New Year's when I go in.
I’ve only ever seen 2 Chanel’s IRL, one was a boy bag and the other was a very small flap bag it could have been a clutch. I saw the flap at a wedding and was horrified the girl carrying it left it unguarded on a table lol She just walked away to go dance! Could have been fake I didn’t get a really good look.

I've handled the double flap. It was very tight, like it would be very hard to get to your items. There are pockets you can't really use, like the one to store your love letters. I like the boy bag. Once I saw one with stingray that was gorgeous.
Tattoo dreamer tote 34 in plum. Hopefully I will love it, I've never seen it irl.
My Reissue has the double flap and I don’t use the small back section behind the inner flap. I just use the main section. I also don’t use the love letter pocket since it is too small. But the other pockets are fine. And having the double flaps helps keep the structure better — that’s why a lot of the single flap bags have more structure wear. But the double flaps add to the weight. So pluses and minuses of having a double flap.
The Boy bag is gorgeous — but it is too small for me and I feel like it doesn’t wear as well (due to the boxiness, more scuffing etc). The large Boy often looks saggy in sales listings. But I wouldn’t turn down one if gifted one
. I was going to get a Boy small zippy wallet (same size as my LV ones) but I am not crazy about the quality of the fabric on it. The fabric on my CC wallet was pilling even though I biught it new and barely used it so I parted with it.
So my recent purchases will sadly be going back. Too bad too because I scored some awesome deals. I bought the quilted camera bag with rainbow rivets. Looove the bag, but it just doesn’t sit right on me. It sticks out and is too boxy. I sadly think I will be straying away fromthw Coach FP camera bags unless they change the design. The outlet Isla one works perfect for me so I’ll wait until one pops up I want and go with that. Length of chain is better and looks better on me. The other purchase was the sequin clutch wristlet. Loove the sequins, but the size isn’t working for me. Maybe in the future if I can find one of those on FOS for cheap I’ll purchase it. So no new bags and I sold one so my number is down. [emoji3]

That's sad. I really wanted something with the leather sequins but couldn't find a style that worked for me. I almost bought the fold over clutch. I really love the black version of the sequins. I know it would be difficult to get something that small to work for me and I can't see using it as a wallet.
I wanted something with those pretty sequins. But I don't want another Rogue and I'm not a fan of flaps. That only leaves the crossbody pouch which doesn't excite me. Clutches are too small for all my things. Oh well.
That’s a bummer. But yeah for your ban and yeah for future bags that will work better.
