I don't have anything in Hay yellow. I remember it more like a pastel Easter yellow. Here's a Rogue 25 in that color:

That’s how I imagine it to be too, a pale Easter yellow.
Describing colors via pics and our screens is hard [emoji23] Plus how we each perceive them further complicates it!
Haha yes! The other day I was going to make a comment when people were mentioning they were waiting for a bag in the perfect pink and the silly side of me wanted to say you mean your perfect shade of pink [emoji23] because for me a perfect pink leans warm, I love pink but not cool toned Barbie type pinks. Good thing Coach releases many colors!
I’m waiting for my perfect gray bag with brass hardware! Hermes has some pretty (warm) grays maybe Coach can copy lol I think my ideal gray is actually more taupe though.
My ideal gray is more blue, or at least has no brown! I haven't been able to find a perfect gray Uggs. Their grays are usually too taupe.
Haha! See we are the opposite with gray! Although I do like cool tone grays as well. I don’t think I’m that picky when it comes to colors as long as it catches my eye I’m ok with it.
Ok I’ve taken some pics! Here is sunflower with lemon legacy wristlet and legacy .... sunflower? The skinny pencil case I could have sworn was called sunflower back in the day but it’s like school bus yellow. To me this case is more true to what real sunflower petals look like. The thin strap across the rogue is the underside of the shoulder straps which I think is Flax. Under each pic I’ll write lighting used.

LED lamp that is sort of daylight replicating. It is crazy how different the sunflower rogue looks next to lemon! This is kind of freaking me out because the brightness of the lemon makes the rogue look so much less yellow and almost beige? Blowing my mind [emoji23]
This was taken at work under fluorescent lights. Here is looks a lot less warm.

I would say no but I don’t have a ton of selling experience on eBay. Or I would accept the return but they pay shipping.
I wouldn’t even dream of returning an $18 item from eBay. It’s only $18 and my fault for not paying attention to photos.
I would probably say sorry, but I don't take returns. The measurements were shown in the listing. Did you have the measurements in the item specifics or description, or just in the picture? You could offer to let her use your pictures if she wants to resell.
