We are going with Ikea gorgomon vanity and cabinet. I know Ikea doesn't sound luxurious but they can be replaced later when we can upgrade.

The current pink veined marble tiles are all cracked. My toddler is potty training and I can't clean enough to get the pee odors out of the cracks. It drives me nuts to have a bathroom still smell like a public restroom AFTER I have cleaned. [emoji30]

My whole house is ikea haha most of our stuff lasted far longer than we expected. I hope your bathroom gets done soon! Those tiles are stopping you from more kiss locks!!!

You had me at Florentine marble tub surround and river stone tiles...I honesty don't think I would see past those two special details! And I love everything about Ikea....besides, they'll be new cabinets and the whole effect sounds divine. I really like how you're doing the save and splurge...makes for such an interesting design overall.

We had our bathroom cabinets custom made by a cabinet maker. It was cheaper than Home Depot and other stores. I stained and varnished them myself to save money.

Well, one of the bags has been sitting in the store since last fall, and I took three more over in August. We've had a pretty nice autumn until the past week or so. I think the store had quite a bit of foot traffic with the good weather so maybe that helped things to move along. I've still got clothes and jewelry there.
