Hello Ladies,

I lobe to browse the threads about less-known brands for leather goods. And while the italian brand Furla has grown to a certain reputation, still only rather few people know the Italian manufacturer Coccinelle. IMO we need to change this!!! The bags are very mell-made and have a great design for a reasonable price.

So to anyone who owns Coccinelle bags: Post your pics here and lets raise the awareness.[emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]

I had some of their bags over the years, but as I keep a certain circulation in my closet, currently theres only my 2016 christmas gift:

I had on of these bags once. My daughter bought it in Rome in their store, but it was made in China. Are all of their bags made there?

Where are Coccinelle bags made? My daughter brought me one back from a trip to Rome once. The tag inside said Made in China, and she bought it in a Coccinelle store!
Yes, Coccinelle bags are made in China with the exception of a small number of unlined models which are made in Italy.

I know this post is old… but I feel like there’s very little chatter on Coccinelle bags and I was wondering how they hold up? I’ve been eyeing this white mini one for a while and wondering if I should go for it as a summer bag this year. This one seems to be made in Italy according to the inner label…

I own 2 and they've held up wonderfully. Also made in Italy, but it would seem some of them are produced in China. It doesn't seem to matter where they're made- the quality of all the ones I've ever handled was excellent.
Can't speak to the one you're eyeing up specifically as mine are older, slouchy designs, but it looks like it would make a great summer bag!

Thanks for your response! Glad to hear that they held up well.

I’ve handled various bags in the Coccinelle store and was impressed with the quality but that over 5 years ago now and never made a purchase (which I regret…). Hopefully this bag will hold up well. I have so many white bags I’m trying to choose between I think it’s going to be a tough one!

I haven’t used my Coccinelle’s a lot lately, but the ones i have are well made and as long as you aren’t extremely hard on your bags, they do hold up well. Mine are from 5-8 years ago range tho, no recent purchases.

I was hoping to show my new handbag on here by today… but unfortunately there has been an “operational delay” with FedEx and my parcel is stuck in Charles de Gaulle

Oh dear. That may take a while before you get your parcel. At work we had a temper sensitive overnight delivery spend a week at CdG before the sender managed to call the package back home. :amazed::sad:
I hope you get your bag soon and can do a revealfor us!
