OK girls, I just call (7:50p) the 800-444-3611 vs. 888 and ask for style #10328. They told what colors I could order and ROSE (that’s what I ordered) were still their plus white, brown and blue, all very limited. How this helps someone!
 
i'm so excited for that wallet .. I was going to buy one in leather but I wasn't "loving it" as much as the legacy stripe. I can't wait until June now!!!
 
I am sorry that the SAs in Roseville gave you such static. When I lived in Nor Cal, I shopped there (Roseville) constantly and had some issues with some of the SAs, but I knew the manager and so I got treated pretty well. I had thought that the rude SAs had been fired. Well, I'll have to visit when I am there next week.

I loveee the Legacy French Wallet in Legacy Stripe too! Any kind souls could help me to preorder it too? I can't do it myself as i lives in singapore. And it's already out of stocks over here! :( I'm a sincere buyer, no worries. I could pay by paypal + the shipping as well. Please...anyone could help? I really want to get it as a gift to myself. I've been drooling for this wallet for a long time!
 
I don't think the manager was there, it was just the two of them. Unless one was the manager, in which case complaining would do no good! I have considered calling today to let the manager know and that while I'm in their area from time to time, I will make sure my purchasing is only done at the boutiques closer to my home.

There is always a manager in the building, If you didn't want to talk to either of the people in the building - I would have gotten the store managers business card + their names. I would have written the store a letter and/or called customer service. Writing a letter will really make the biggest impact, address it "Coach Store Manager" if you don't know who that is, we just got a horrible letter over a situation in my store and trust me- they really help the store realize and rethink what they did, regardless if they were part of the situation.

If you sign your name, do you get "flagged"? I know in my line of work, those who complain sometimes get a reputation and are not taken as seriously in the future. I would hate to be dropped from the PCE list because I brought up a valid concern.
