I don't think the manager was there, it was just the two of them. Unless one was the manager, in which case complaining would do no good! I have considered calling today to let the manager know and that while I'm in their area from time to time, I will make sure my purchasing is only done at the boutiques closer to my home.
If you sign your name, do you get "flagged"? I know in my line of work, those who complain sometimes get a reputation and are not taken as seriously in the future. I would hate to be dropped from the PCE list because I brought up a valid concern.There is always a manager in the building, If you didn't want to talk to either of the people in the building - I would have gotten the store managers business card + their names. I would have written the store a letter and/or called customer service. Writing a letter will really make the biggest impact, address it "Coach Store Manager" if you don't know who that is, we just got a horrible letter over a situation in my store and trust me- they really help the store realize and rethink what they did, regardless if they were part of the situation.
