Yes, the 28 size looks more like a 25 on a taller and/or wider frame. I was in Ginza last month, and a 6-foot tourist was carrying a K25 Retourner. It looked teeny-tiny on her frame!
Tamara is arguably one of the most famous niche luxury YouTubers in the world. I would not be surprised if special exceptions are made for her regarding bag offers and what not. Not saying they are, just saying I wouldn’t be surprised. Love or hate her, her career is legit.
