I haven't seen one forever. Makes me think of the rain bonnets my mom always had on hand... Does this date me??? Remember they folded back and forth and were in teeny little pouches. I think banks used to give them out as freebies.

This made me laugh...Iknow what you mean, so I am dated as well.

No...they have thin ponchos that really cover your entire body and you could slip the bag under as well. Many people wear them at amusement parks during a downpour.

Hi am new to this but having a great time reading. Have just bought a Kelly 32 and Birkin 28. Can I ask whether a Size 1 rain kit will fit both? There are no other size markings on my kit. Thanks!

KB, great idea!
I am even cheaper. I just reach under the trash bin liner at work and grab a fresh one. Thin (so they fold up into taking up no space), and either clear or black, I use it once and then toss it.

I always keep a bag from Juniors CHeesecake in my bag when I'm out :shame: I don't like the Hermes raincoats because they don't cover the bag's handles, which seems silly to me, plus they're really fiddly. I just pop my bag into the Juniors bag, which is the perfect size for a 35cm Birkin, and off I go! Not stylish, but that's OK, my bag is safe. I've even sent these to clients occasionally!
The Juniors bags are orange and white stripes, by the way, which just makes me chuckle.
