This is how my mono NF looks on one of the handle. I had it for 4 months. The winkles are so heavy. Should I ask about it too? I am also afraid they said is wear and tear. But is only on this one tab area. The other sides haven't winkle. I also saw other brand new bags like the speedy b with the side winkles like this. So I don't know if is the nature of the leather when bend will winkle. Let me know what your SA say.

I had this exact same look on my totally straps and I took it in to 2 different boutiques and both said normal wear...its frustrating but they would do nothing for me. I hope that if you do go in to LV you will have a better outcome then I did.

My DE Neverfull cracked after 4 months of gentle use. LV took it back immediately. My cracking was on the actual straps and they were split on the sides. What you are showing looks like normal creasing to me, but it's hard to know what it looks like in real life from your pics. If it is in fact cracking, you should take the bag in as soon as possible and nicely ask for an exchange. Try to work with an SA you know or the store manager. The Mono and Azur are lovely. You won't have any issues with that. I decided to get Mon Mono myself and I love it!!
