Oh, I am a classic girl. I even have a hard time with the signature! I am a leather lover. I broke out and bought a legacy in Pond - it was a stretch for me!

I've always ALWAYS been a leather girl with my past bags...I'm actually surprised that the signature has caught my eye the way it has.

Maybe it's a status thing or something, lol.

Trust me I'm the same way (I have a picture of my collection posted somewhere). It was only after years of collecting that I banned myself from buying black and I went on a limb and bought a camel bag the other day.

Don't sweat it the signature line is a good way to get some color without going out of your comfort zone too much. Plus, the other suggestions here.

Not to mention I hate any little stain and it's easier to avoid with the darker colors. I'm trying to get over having to have my bags be perfection!

I'm sure stains won't bother me after awhile..it's sort of like fine lines or gray hairs; distinguishing, right? :D Better with age....

Now, snags would drive me batty. I bought a jacquard purse from an unmentionable source and it started snagging and fraying within days! That's why I'm hoping investing money for quality will pay off!

Go check them TJ Maxx out. They always have treasures, very hidden, I may add. It took me more than an hour to find two Coaches. Did not buy them because I found them cheaper and new, on ebay. The traditional models are very classy and accesorizing is the clue. Good thing that we can find all those scarves in such yummy colors~!!!!!!!

So does TJ Maxx rotate their stock and all have the same things no matter where the store is?

I sort of live in back ass wisconsin. Wondering if back ass TJ Maxxes would have hidden treasures because of where they're located.
LOL! If you have a TJMaxx, then you're definitely not back ass. :p I have to drive over 2 hours to get to a SMALL TJMaxx!

Some stores do get a better selection than others though... one time an ex-employee explained it to me but I can't remember it now. :shrugs:

I know the TJMaxx in Sioux City, IA gets some GREAT stuff yet the ones in Des Moines, IA usually sucks. So does Sioux Falls, SD but they're better than Des Moines. Then, Mankato, MN usually has some very nice things although they didn't have anything the other day... they were loaded up with a Stone Mountain display this time.

All of those stores are 2-3 hours from me.

Ok so...if I run into this TJ Maxx on my way out of town to MN and find something I like...can I exchange for credit at an outlet or boutique if I find something I like even MORE once there?

I know you can exchange between boutiques and outlets...does TJ Maxx count too?

No, they are different companies. Kinda like if you buy Lucky Jeans at Nordstroms, you can't return them to the Lucky Jean Store (or Macy's or anywhere else), you would have to return to Nordstroms.

Blast. Ok, hopefully I won't find anything I love more then what I buy, lol. I can only afford so much :p

I'm planning on local TJ Maxx, then Mn TJ Maxx the next morning, then boutiques that afternoon and outlet the next day.

As least I know I won't be buying anything at full price since I'm a bargain hunter....but you know how it is.
