I returned it because I don't think the creases will come out and I don't want to wait to see if they do. I shouldn't have to. It was bad.

I'm done ordering from them, too. Every time I order, it gets canceled and I have to wait eons for the money to go back to my PayPal or credit card. Not worth saving tax and shipping...
I've had bags come through with a few wrinkles, but I'm not bothered or picky about them because I know they will most likely straighten out when I wear them or stuff them during storage. However, that isn't even a crease! It looked like a dent! Especially at the base of the bag where material should be the sturdiest! I don't think it would have ever gone back to the right shape without you bending over backwards to correcting it.
Exactly! I've been able to get a few small things out by just stuffing it for a bit before wearing, but this bag was not going to be easy and I didn't want to wait and hope for it to work. I shouldn't have to!
This is my Macy's package . Contacted them thru twitter and emailing them and they are sending me a replacement right away and $50 gift card .. Issues with Macy's 😲
GOOD!! I hope the replacement is in better shape. Oh and a gift card doesn't hurt too.

Good! Maybe if they get enough complaints, they will actually do something to prevent it from happening again.
Right now they're just putting out fires in reactive mode....they're not proactively trying to solve the problem.
