Holy crap, I forgot about that bag. Damn, thanks for the reminder. Yeah, it's either the Mahina or the Black Croc Lockit. eek. Both are sexy bags. But now that I thought about it, as much as I would love to have this bag, I probably won't put much use into it (this bag is too precious to be used everyday!). I'm so afraid it harming it or getting it dirty!!

You are right about the damier going under the radar, speedydelivery. I bought my first damier piece a few weeks ago, the Saleya gm, and she is much more suptle than the monogram. Nobody seems to know she's LV!!Also as you say, not very summery!!

Congrats on your first damier! Wear it in good health! The one LV that I have that goes unnoticed as an LV is my one epi bag, the red epi petit noe. I only once saw one person look at it, one of my son's teachers during pick up, lol. My damier speedy, only three times stand out of people noticing it, since the time I got it in 2006. Each time I felt like daggers were being stared into my bag, lol. Much more people notice a mono bag, it's like night and day, and the looks/vibe I got with a mono bag are not always so nice as opposed to those few damier experiences.
