So lucky!!! I got the PM reverse with commercial wrappers literally my SA let me pick one out of 4 in stock. I sold it for the same price I bought it (neighbor bought it). My SA said all PM is like that?!? So I should've went to another store? Geez I feel like I've been cheated and could've exchanged it for a new one. So happy for you! Do you own an Alma BB?

Thank you! And as far as what's normal - I think it depends on the SA. Some SA's say that too.

I had to take it to three stores before the final store helped me. The first one said they will not exchange, the wrinkles are normal. The second one said they'll do a quality report and will get back to me (they never did).

I was going to accept my fate, but I was heading to LA at the Rodeo store to buy Alma BB in DE (two of them - one for me and my mom for Christmas gifts) and I brought in my PM just in case. My SA talked to the manager and they're like "oh we'll just exchange it!" I got a brand spanking new one that's MIF too (previous one was MIU). Maybe they were exchanging for free cause I was buying two bags but I was planning to buy Alma's at the first two stores if they had it.

And yes, I have the Alma BB in DE and I love it :)

This is helpful thank you so much! How's the Alma BB in DE holding up? I got a never full damier insert and its glazing is pulling apart, should I go to the store and try to make them do repairs?
