If you could only by bags from one designer for life who would it be?

Hermes, although I wouldn’t have very many bags, luckily I’m quite minimalist-would I be able to keep my current collection of 15 bags which only includes 1 H bag as I wouldn’t want to give up my Jimmy Choo, but I wouldn’t want a whole collection of them..?

Interesting question. I might have said H too, but I haven't cared for any of their new designs since the Halzan, and my current plan for H bags is only a smaller size in models l I already have.

And that doesn't seem like a formula for lifelong partnership for a "bag nut", LOL!

Loewe. This way it would keep my collection quite minimalist since I can't afford them. I really like the casual bags they offer and the colors they choose.

If we're talking real though, since I don't like to drop more than a paycheck on bags it would have to be coach. Almost all of their bags are in that price range, they offer a variety of materials like smooth leather, pebbled leather, jacquard, Jean's and other fabric and coated canvas. They have cool limited collections. I also love how practical and well thought the bags are. I can't think of a more well thought bag than the rogue you get shoulder, crossbody, top handle which you can tuck in, easily accessible pockets and many sizes including the new 20. A lot of bags offer two straps as well like the regular swinger and the tabby line.

Gucci. Give me vintage 70s stuff, give me Tom Ford-era (I'm old, so I guess that era is also now vintage too) and new schtuff. I love that they have times where it's been minamilist or architechtural or kitsch or retro and it suits every mood.

Close second would be Dior but I feel it's only Galliano-era I have nostalgia for.
